What happens next
You report here once, and that’s it. Your ANC commissioner batches these reports with DPW’s own delay notices, raises them directly with DPW community relations, and files or references 311 requests where they actually help. You don’t have to wrangle the 311 app for your report to count here.
Why this exists
DPW tells ANC commissioners about delayed routes by email and asks us to “share with constituents.” No commissioner has every neighbor’s email, and the official channels for residents have not kept up. So this page puts the delay notices, the route data, and your reports in one public place.
Every report becomes part of a running record per route: what was missed, when, how often, and how long it took to fix. That record is what your ANC brings to DPW when we ask for better service, in resolutions and in writing, without making every neighbor fight the 311 app themselves.
Privacy: the public record shows blocks and routes, never names, exact addresses, or contact details. Reports go only to your commissioner (SMD 1E03).
